You will identify top talent, manage end-to-end recruitment online, and partner with clients to set expectations and close placements across sectors.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in recruitment, with a proven ability to handle complex and senior-level searches.
• Demonstrated success in working effectively within a remote or virtual team environment.
• Expertise in using various online recruitment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards for candidate attraction.
• Excellent virtual communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation, entirely online.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract niche and in-demand candidates using advanced search techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive virtual communication and consultation.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Utilize CRM and ATS systems to meticulously track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
