Placements24 is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to join its fully remote support team. You will build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, drive user adoption, and provide strategic guidance to help clients achieve business objectives using our platform.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience in Client Success or Account Management in tech.
Ability to build rapport with clients at various levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM principles and tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
