You will lead client acquisition, expand portfolio value, and ensure risk governance while collaborating across teams to deliver differentiated solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Relationship Banking within the Public Sector environment.
• Demonstrated track record of managing and growing Public Sector client portfolios.
• Proven experience originating new business and delivering revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive Financial Targets: Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients, differentiated by the level of complexity of the client base.
• Relationship and Service Management: Actively develop strong client relationships and provide input into product development to better service our clients.
• Manage Risk Assessment: Ensure compliance with bank policies and uphold risk management for the portfolio.
• Collaboration: Foster cross-team collaboration and share knowledge to improve ways of working.
