You will drive revenue growth, acquire clients and deepen wallet share while partnering with Coverage, Product, and Operations to deliver integrated client solutions.

The role demands senior client engagements, sector leadership, and management of a matrixed organization, with strong emphasis on risk and governance and high-performing team

Qualifications

• 8–12 years' experience in Transactional Banking or Corporate Banking.
• Degree in Commerce/Finance and professional qualifications.
• Proven track record leading sector-based sales teams and revenue growth.
• Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Define sector sales strategy and drive revenue growth for the designated portfolio.
• Manage executive-level relationships and sponsor key opportunities.
• Lead delivery of integrated Transactional Banking solutions across cash management and payments.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing sector sales team.
• Represent the Bank in sector forums and client engagements; ensure risk and compliance.
