Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll set strategy, budgets, roadmaps and craft the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, track performance with GA4 and Pixels, and drive long-term client growth through upsell and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement with client data.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Ensure conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
