Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set the strategy, allocate budgets, and guide the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls.

You will manage campaigns, track conversions with GA4/tags, and craft 90-day roadmaps with a clear view on growth, retention, and upsell. This is a fully remote role with global client exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
