You will lead paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and bidding strategies, and ensure accurate tracking and attribution. Strong English and agency experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budgeting, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
