Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the targeting, budget calls and narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, allocate budgets, test creative elements, and establish reliable conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with campaigns built, managed and optimized by you.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media for your accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding strategy, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and present the story behind the numbers in calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
