Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly, AI-first digital agency. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients, guiding targeting, budgeting, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You provide the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, including budget allocation, bidding, testing, and attribution you can trust.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Handle targeting, budget calls, roadmap and narrative for clients.
• Oversee paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Track conversions with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and report results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
