Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own targeting, budget calls, roadmap and client narratives, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding, testing, and attribution, and shape the 90-day roadmap with a clear story behind the numbers for ongoing growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
