Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget and bidding, ensure reliable conversion tracking, and craft the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps with a focus on growth and long-term relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure robust tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
