Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives during calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, track conversions with GA4 and tag manager, and craft quarterly growth plans for retention and upsell.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign optimization.
