Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks an Account Strategist to own paid media for a B2B and growing-brand client portfolio. You will shape targeting, budget calls, and campaign roadmaps, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handling budget, bidding, testing, and performance storytelling on calls with US clients. Remote role, collaborating across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Experience handling multiple clients at an agency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
