Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget decisions, and the narrative behind performance on client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS, CPA and pipeline improvements, while maintaining strong communication with US clients on live calls.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and knowing when to pause a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
