Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set the strategy, manage budgets, and drive the narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, oversee bidding and testing, and craft the 90-day roadmaps for each client, focusing on growth and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics you can share.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Fluent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Managed paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handled budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Set up and verified conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Developed 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and communicated the story behind the numbers.
• Drove account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationship building.
