Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media campaigns for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative during client conversations, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding, testing, tracking, and provide clear 90-day roadmaps and performance storytelling on calls. This role is fully remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns used for clients.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; narrate numbers on calls.
• Account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
