Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients, steering targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads; drive ROAS improvements; ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS, CPA, or pipeline improvements with examples.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and trust GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels for tracking.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
