Placements24 is assisting a prominent telecommunications client in recruiting a Senior Key Account Manager. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with enterprise clients, balancing remote work with base in the Tembisa, Gauteng area.

You will act as a strategic advisor, developing account plans, negotiating renewals, and collaborating with sales, technical, and support teams to expand service offerings and ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in key account management or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on retention and growth.
