FullServe Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to manage HR functions across engineering and security divisions. The role focuses on industrial relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management to align HR strategy with business objectives.

You will drive employee engagement initiatives, develop policies, oversee onboarding, and ensure labour-law compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in engineering or security sectors.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience handling industrial relations, CCMA cases, and union engagements.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Industrial Relations & Compliance: manage disciplinary issues and processes; develop policies to minimize labour disputes; ensure compliance with SA labour laws; advise management on legal requirements; represent the company in legal hearings; monitor and enforce disciplinary processes; maintain good relations with employees and management; monitor labour trends and grievances; ensure Bargaining Council compliance.
