Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience in performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and organisational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to payroll, remuneration, HR systems, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to drive organisational performance and workforce effectiveness.
• Provide expert HR advice and support to management.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes with talent management and succession planning.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters.
