Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or Industrial Psychology required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and employment equity.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in Randburg.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Experience in HR projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to designated business units in Randburg.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee the talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Administer performance management systems and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with all South African labour legislation and company policies.
• Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Manage HR data integrity and generate relevant HR reports.
• Advise on compensation and benefits administration.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
