Placements24 seeks an HR Generalist to support a fully remote team in South Africa. You will manage the employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, benefits inquiries, and HRIS records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with SA labor law.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office is essential in a remote-first environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer and implement HR policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for all hires with a seamless transition.
• Serve as primary contact for HR policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries.
• Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS.
• Support recruitment from posting to initial screening and interview coordination.
• Assist in talent management and performance appraisal programs.
• Address employee relations issues in compliance with labor laws.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor legislation and company policies.
• Facilitate remote employee engagement and promote culture.
