The Financial Intelligence Centre is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS initiatives in line with employment legislation. This role supports employment equity, transformation, and policy development across corporate services.

You will lead data-driven HR operations, develop guidelines, and monitor HR metrics while collaborating with the HR team to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Formación

• Degree in HR Management or related field; NQF level 7.
• 5-8 years HR generalist experience in implementing HR framework.
• Strong analytical, communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced technical support in HR functional areas.
• Develop HR policies and procedures.
• Manage HRIS projects and data analytics.
