Placements24 is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow major client relationships in Benoni, Gauteng. You will lead strategic account plans, navigate complex sales cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling value propositions.

The role requires a track record of achieving multi-million dollar quotas, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding multi-million dollar quotas
Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and CRM best practices
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Experience leading complex sales cycles and cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel within Benoni region and beyond

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of named enterprise accounts
Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives
Lead complex sales cycles and articulate client value
Coordinate with solutions engineers and professional services for proposals/implementations
Negotiate contracts and renewals to maximize long-term value
Forecast opportunities and manage pipeline in CRM
Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities within territory
Represent the company at industry events and client functions
Act as trusted advisor to clients to ensure ongoing success
