Placements24 is seeking an experienced Account Manager to grow key enterprise client relationships in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. You will be the primary contact for major accounts, align solutions with evolving business needs, and drive client success across our portfolio.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in retaining and expanding strategic accounts, with the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years enterprise account management experience.
• Proven track record in retaining and growing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
