• Excellent communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills for remote delivery.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding remote support to clients and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Proactively monitor client accounts and engagement to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Provide training on product features and best practices via virtual sessions.
