Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a client-facing recruitment role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and various industry sectors is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment in Sandton.
• Proactive problem-solver with a client-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular client meetings (in-person and virtual) to discuss ongoing needs, market insights, and service delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities for expanding services and introducing new solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery against client expectations.
• Develop and present customized recruitment strategies and proposals to clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to provide valuable insights to both clients and the internal team.
• Maintain accurate client records and track key account metrics within the CRM system.
• Support business development efforts by leveraging existing client relationships for referrals.
