Placements24 is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager for our client in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will nurture strategic accounts, drive client satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities within a hybrid work environment.

As the primary liaison, you will translate client needs into consultancy solutions, lead executive communications, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• MBA is a plus and advantageous for progression.
• Experience in client relationship management within consulting or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
• Understand client objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for consultancy services.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Oversee project delivery from a client perspective, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews, proposals, and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal consulting teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Gather client feedback and translate into actionable insights for service improvement.
• Represent the firm professionally in all client interactions.
