Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Officer for our Randburg, Gauteng team. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring service excellence in a hybrid work setting.

You will coordinate with internal teams, onboard new clients, and provide proactive support to boost satisfaction and retention. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer relations or account management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Hybrid work ability with in-person Randburg meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide regular updates and communicate service delivery status to clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Gather client feedback and share insights with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through initial processes.
• Participate in client meetings, both virtually and in-person in Randburg.
