Placements24 is seeking a skilled Change Management and Organization Development Consultant to join its team in Benoni, Gauteng. You will design and implement change programs that minimize disruption and maximize adoption across departments, working closely with leadership to align strategy and people.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in ADKAR or Kotter frameworks, exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coach leaders through transitions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business or related field.
• 4+ years in change management, organizational development or transformation.
• Proven experience with ADKAR or Kotter change frameworks.
• Solid understanding of organizational behavior and stakeholder management.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with diagnostics and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify change impacts and resistance points.
• Design and deliver communication and training programs for affected employees.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to build support and address concerns.
• Advise leadership on organizational design, team effectiveness, and talent management.
• Monitor change progress and provide ongoing support for successful adoption.
