Placements24 represents a respected management consultancy recruiting an Organisational Development Consultant to join their East London office. You will assess client structures, design change programs, and partner with leadership to improve effectiveness and engagement.

The role involves delivering workshops, advising on staffing models, and traveling to client sites across the Eastern Cape, with a focus on professional growth and a collaborative, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced OD work.
• 2–4 years of Organisational Development or related consulting experience.
• Familiar with OD theories, change management and talent practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths and development areas.
• Design and implement strategies for organizational change management.
• Develop programs for talent management, leadership development, and engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on OD topics.
• Advise on optimal structures and staffing models.
• Support HR policies and procedures development.
• Analyze employee feedback and performance data to inform OD initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to foster positive organizational culture.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for OD initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for client leadership.
