Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Consultant in Randburg, Gauteng to focus on Organisational Design and Change Management. The role partners with client organisations to reshape structures, processes and cultures to meet strategic goals, diagnose issues, and lead change initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in management or HR consulting, with solid expertise in organizational design and change management, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, HR consulting, or a dedicated change management role.
• Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, leadership dynamics, and employee engagement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and develop effective organizational models to support strategic goals and enhance performance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build buy-in and manage resistance to change.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on organizational change and new ways of working.
• Develop communication strategies to support change initiatives.
• Analyze the impact of organizational changes on employees and business operations.
• Support the implementation of new organizational structures and processes.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities within client organizations.
