Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in change management consulting or a senior internal change leadership role.
• Proven expertise in various change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at executive levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex change initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change management strategies for complex organizational transformations.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Design and implement effective communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms for impacted employees.
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions for leadership and employee groups to drive adoption and buy-in.
