Qualifications

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze organizational dynamics and tailor change solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Design and deliver communication and engagement plans for change initiatives.
• Develop training programs and materials to facilitate adoption of new ways of working.
• Identify and mitigate resistance to change and partner with project teams to embed change principles.
