Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Organisational Change Management based in Soweto, Gauteng. You will design and execute change management plans to ensure employee buy-in, minimize disruption, and maximize benefits of change initiatives for diverse clients.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, 6+ years of consulting experience, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organisational Psychology, HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in organisational change management consulting.
• Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of change management models (ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify resistance points.
• Design and deliver communication and engagement plans to support change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and leadership on change adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of change activities.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide guidance and support to leadership teams throughout the change process.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to measure the success of change management efforts.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies in change management.
