• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or human capital consulting.
• Proven track record designing and implementing OD strategies and interventions.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change theories, and talent management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading complex change initiatives and managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency with relevant assessment tools and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams; travel to client sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead organizational development initiatives for clients, covering strategy, structure, culture, and talent.
• Diagnose organizational issues and identify opportunities to improve engagement, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.
• Design and implement bespoke talent management interventions, including performance management and succession planning.
• Facilitate change management processes for smooth transitions and adoption of new structures or ways of working.
• Develop and deliver training programs on leadership, change management, and team dynamics.
• Conduct organizational culture assessments and develop strategies for positive, productive environments.
• Advise senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to proposal development; stay updated on OD trends.
