Placements24 in Benoni is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Organizational Development to help client organizations enhance structure, culture, and human capital. You will design effective organizational models, implement change management strategies, and foster employee engagement and development.

You'll work with clients across Gauteng to drive meaningful, lasting improvements and build strong partnerships while guiding leadership and teams through transitions and capability-building

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or change management.
• Proven success in designing and implementing OD interventions and change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, talent management, and leadership development.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, culture, and performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement effective change management strategies to support business transitions.
• Develop programs for talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
• Provide strategic advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture transformation.
