RMB is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in Aliwal North to strategically lead a portfolio of high-value commercial clients. You will expand the client base, optimise profitability, and ensure governance compliance while onboarding new customers.

You will evaluate credit applications in line with policy, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive customer migration through tailored solutions. A strong sales mindset and collaborative approach are essential.

Formación

• 2–3 years in a Business Relationship Manager role in Commercial Banking or related field.
• FAIS Accredited qualification (NQF level 6/7) required.
• Exposure to credit applications in agriculture preferred.
• RE qualification advantageous.
• Experience handling high-level customer queries.
