FirstRand Limited's FNB RBB Eastern Cape (Aliwal North) is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to strategically lead a portfolio of high-value clients, drive growth and profitability, and ensure governance and compliant onboarding of new clients.

The ideal candidate will manage cost-to-income, expand the client base, and develop key stakeholder relationships while ensuring credit assessments align with policy and operational standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years in a Business Relationship Manager role in the Commercial Banking environment.
• FAIS Accredited qualification (NQF level 6, 7 etc.)
• Exposure to Credit Applications in Agric space environment.
• RE qualification
• Credit Management exposure a must
• Experience dealing with high level customer queries.
• Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.

Aufgaben

• Manage cost to income to increase profitability and efficiencies for the business.
• Enhance business performance and profitability.
• Drive customer service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards and in support of operational objectives.
• Ensure growth and increase in customer base by expanding existing clients, generating new leads and growing active customer accounts.
• Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships to achieve operational objectives.
• Drive customer migration by recommending solutions and improving efficiencies.
• Set tactical goals and optimise the use of people, finances and technologies to realise those goals.
• Define a sales strategy and delivery plans in support of strategic business objectives.
• Assess and evaluate credit applications in accordance with the Banks Credit Policy within set time frames.
• Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business decisions.
