With 4–6 years in BD and strong negotiation, you will craft compelling proposals, manage the full sales cycle, and represent the organization at industry events while building lasting client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in business development within the management industry or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in project management and proposal writing.
• In-depth knowledge of Facilities Management services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to boost revenue, profitability, and market presence.
• Identify and target new clients, sectors, and growth opportunities within Facilities Management and related services.
• Understand prospective clients' business models, strategies, and operational needs.
• Collaborate with solutions design and operations teams to develop integrated service solutions.
• Prepare, review, and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
• Conduct cost analyses and develop pricing models.
• Build and sustain relationships with strategic suppliers and partners to enhance service offerings.
• Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end business development process from initial contact to deal closure.
• Represent the organization at executive meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate client site visits and presentations with internal teams.
• Maintain pipeline information and provide forecasts and reports.
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster growth.
