Edge Executive Search Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to shape growth in the Facilities Management sector. You will drive BD strategies, identify new clients and opportunities, and collaborate with design/operations to deliver integrated solutions.

Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills are essential. You will build strategic relationships, lead end-to-end BD processes, and represent the company at industry events, applying your market insight to accelerate

Qualifications

4 to 6 years of business development experience in related fields.
Strong analytical and strategic proposal abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proven project management and proposal-writing experience.
In-depth knowledge of Facilities Management services.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to boost revenue and market presence.
Identify new clients, sectors and growth opportunities in Facilities Management.
Understand prospective clients' business models and needs.
Collaborate with design and operations to create integrated service solutions.
Prepare high-quality proposals, quotations and commercial submissions.
Conduct cost analyses and develop pricing models.
Build and sustain relationships with strategic suppliers and partners.
Lead negotiations and manage the full BD process from contact to closure.
Represent the organization at executive meetings and industry events.
Coordinate client site visits and presentations with internal teams.
Maintain pipeline and provide forecasts and reports.
