What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with solutions design and operations teams to develop integrated service solutions.
• Prepare, review, and submit high-quality proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
• Conduct accurate cost analyses and develop commercially viable pricing models.
• Build and sustain relationships with strategic suppliers and partners to enhance service offerings.
• Lead negotiations and manage the entire business development process from initial contact to deal closure.
• Represent the organization at executive-level meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate client site visits and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain detailed pipeline information and provide regular forecasts and reports.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in business development within the management industry or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic proposals.

• In-depth knowledge of Facilities Management services.
