Job summary

TydeCo is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to generate and qualify new opportunities for Outsourced Accounting services in the United States market.

The role targets senior finance stakeholders and aims to build a robust pipeline while positioning Outsourced Accounting as a strategic growth enabler. The position is hybrid and based in Durban or SA hubs, aligned with US time zones, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BDR/SDR or inside sales (B2B, SaaS, or services).
• Experience selling into the US market strongly preferred.
• Exposure to accounting, ERP, or finance solutions is advantageous.
• Able to engage senior finance stakeholders and conduct discovery.
• Strong consultative selling and outbound prospecting.
• Familiar with MEDDICC, BANT, or CHAMP for qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & prospecting for US-based mid-market accounts.
• Qualify opportunities and perform discovery to assess needs.
• Position CaaS as a strategic solution for financial visibility and scaling finance operations.
• Schedule qualified discovery sessions and ensure clean handovers.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and track outreach & progression.
• Collaborate with Marketing on US-focused campaigns & messaging.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives and delivery teams on opportunities.
