Placements24 in Klerksdorp is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to foster and grow key client relationships in the North West region. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued customers, focus on retention and account growth.

You will understand client needs, deliver exceptional service, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our range of products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships in the North West.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a keen eye for identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Be the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Develop account plans to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in Klerksdorp.
• Conduct regular business reviews to strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
