Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Account Manager in Pretoria to bolster the sales division in a hybrid role. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while actively pursuing new business prospects.

You will build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, develop account strategies, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or similar client-facing sales role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and retention goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated portfolio of client accounts with high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement account strategies to pursue new sales opportunities within existing client bases.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients and internal management.
