Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Account Manager or similar role.
• Strong client relationship and retention track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
• Hybrid work model experience; office and remote tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Based in or willing to commute to Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities
