Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of business processes and software solutions for businesses.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Hybrid work ability and ability to commute to Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships.
• Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition to our business solutions.
