Responsabilités

• Assist daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and standards.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock takes, and stock movements.
• Process incoming shipments and ensure accurate receiving.
• Maintain store records including sales data and staff schedules.
• Support store manager with staff scheduling and admin tasks.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and presentable.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with operational issues.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Assist in training new staff on procedures.
• Generate operational reports as required by management.
