Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Retail Operations Coordinator to support the Rustenburg hub and its retail network. You will be the central contact for store teams, addressing queries, coordinating logistics, and implementing new procedures.

The role offers a hybrid work model bridging headquarters and frontline operations in the North West province. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail operations and logistics, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel

Qualifications

Experience in retail operations, logistics, or a similar administrative support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with store staff and external partners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily store operations, including managing incoming and outgoing shipments and stock transfers.
Act as the primary point of contact for store inquiries regarding operational issues, policies, and procedures.
Assist in the implementation and rollout of new retail initiatives, systems, and training programs.
Monitor store performance metrics related to operations, such as inventory accuracy and fulfillment times.
Process and track operational expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to stores.
