Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote administrative support to retail stores, including correspondence and data entry.
• Coordinate inventory management processes, including stock counts and transfers.
• Support implementation of operational procedures across locations.
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Liaise with suppliers to manage orders and deliveries.
• Assist in onboarding and training coordination for new staff.
• Troubleshoot operational issues reported by store teams.
• Maintain digital records and filing systems.
• Coordinate distribution of marketing materials and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
